Custer County, Colorado - Short Term Rental Permit Requirement
In 2021, Custer County required all vacation homes to be permitted. Blue Pine Haven holds an active STR permit issued by the Custer County Planning and Zoning Department - License #2021-8. As such, BPH hosts are bound by permit to institute certain house rules. Guests are also required to review the following literature provided by the county.
