Blue Pine Haven Hosts Matt & Renee
|
Superhost and Enhanced Clean Status
|
Aloha,
We are Renee and Matt.
Renee was born and raised in Hawaii and Matt was born and raised in Ohio.
We met in Hawaii and got married barefoot on the beach at sunset on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Shortly after our wedding, we traded in the beautiful beaches for awe inspiring mountain vistas.
We have lived in Colorado for over 15 years now and are the proud owners of Blue Pine Haven....a secluded cottage in Westcliffe, Colorado. We split our time between fulfilling our dream to host guests at our beloved mountain cottage and satisfying our itch to travel and play the role of guests at vacation properties.
During your stay
The BPH experience is all about romance, relaxation, and solitude. During your stay, you are afforded complete privacy. You will receive personalized entry instructions and complete home instruction to check yourself in. If there is a power outage, a generator will keep you out of the dark. The cottage’s caretaker will briefly stop by to see if you need assistance with anything and will arrange for mid-visit trash pick up for those with reservations of 4-nights or more. In the case of an emergency, there are ER services available and the property caretaker lives minutes from the cottage that may provide assistance if needed. Note: Host has the life threatening condition of anaphylaxis and is unable to host animals. See House Rules.
Renee And Matt are Superhosts
Superhosts are experienced, highly rated hosts who are committed to providing great stays for guests.
Short Term Rental (STR) Approved
Blue Pine Haven currently holds approved and valid STR permit issued by Custer County - License #2021-8
